flab

Been working on my diet for two weeks already. So far so good though I’m prone to temptation whenever I go down the elevator and see the food in our building. It’s really a test of mind over matter for me. It makes me wonder if I should pop in a diet pill or so in my regimen. But I’m definitely sure that I just need some good exercise to tighten the flab away. It will take some time but I’m confident I can do it.
