4th day
It's the 4th day of my diet plan (haha) but I'm feeling a bit tired and hunger pains would strike once in a while. Probably my body is still getting used to the sudden change. I eat oatmeal most of the time and I limit fried foods and rice in my meals. I usually eat dinner with veggies alone, depending on what the pantry offers. The only problem right now is the water intake as I'm pretty sure I'm not drinking enough liquid. But I'm getting used to it now. I'll just continue with this routine for a while. I still have a up to next week anyway.

i did go to the gym last year. but since i went back to schooling, i was not able to continue. but it depends now.
