Hah, I’m exempted from wearing a uniform. Turns out that the policy is only applicable to 2nd year students and below, and my status right now will be an incoming irregular junior. Yes! In any case, at least I can still apply for an exemption since I’m also working.

I was so relieved when my study load was actually printed out. As usual, we got enrolled during the last day of the extension of enrollment. Imagine the tension of trying to get a hold of time. My workmate who resigned advised that I take just 2 subjects; I was planning to take only 5. But when I saw the only available schedules left, I figured that if it’s going to be this way, then I might as well make use of time when I’m in campus. Besides, I have to travel around 30 minutes to and fro work and having only one subject to attend to each time would just be a waste of money.

Patay na kung patay. 22 units, anyone?

People would mistake it for suicide; I don’t know if I can really do it or not. But the last thing I need is people telling me that it’s going to be really hard to cope up. I already know that, it’s another story if they have to press it in. But I can’t/don’t blame them though.

As some of you might already know, I’m working in a call center. I just finished my 6th month, still waiting for my regularization letter. I just have to figure out now where I can insert sleep and shit in my schedule.

Three things I’m counting on with this fatal schedule would be:

· I still have 2nd year subjects

· Not that much classes during the 2nd semester

· Coffee

On a way, way lighter note, I escaped to Tabuelan, somewhere north; sacrificing 2 days worth of classes in the process (yes, talk about not being able to wait to get back to school).

Anyway, I couldn’t pass the opportunity up as I was itching to go and be in one with the sun and sand again (couldn’t find another phrase). The offer was too tempting to pass up since I was attending a small get-together birthday party from an officemate; and we only had to pay for the fare. The ride took about 2 and a half hours, and I nausea bit me in some parts. But I tell you t’was worth it.

What’s nice is it seemed like we all had the place to ourselves. Despite the absence of the sun as well as the water only at knee-level, I was able to enjoy skimming at sandbars emerging due to the tide. Plus the sand, ah the sand, so fine and neat, I almost ate it. And during sleep time, I was like: “Look ma, no mosquito bites!”. We slept in a giant hut complete with canopies and foam err, I used the foam. hehe. Well, the point is I was able to take my mind of stress for awhile, and we were well taken care of there… Either that or I didn’t do much work. hehe.

Hope to get back there again, EZ thanks for the place!

God, I love the beach. Photos grabbed here.
