Alberto’s pizza

There’s a new craze now, aside from Siomai sa Tisa in Fuente or Larsian’s Barbecue, it’s called Alberto’s Pizza. My colleagues and even my boss told us that there’s a pizza place in town that’s fairly new and has good tasting pizza; not to mention the cost is way cheaper than Da Vinci’s Pizza.

So during out lunch, we went out to eat there. I was too tired that I didn’t even care so long as I could get my stomach full cause I didn’t have enough sleep for the past 2 days due to the enrollment process.

Anyway, indeed the pizza was very affordable. You can get a 9″ pizza for as low as 75 bucks. We chose the 11″ of course since there were many of us. You can choose between Mozzarella or QuickMelt Cheese and we chose the latter because that’s what one of our team mates recommended.

They’re even open until 2am and even at that hour, there are still a lot of people who’d drop by and order. To think that they just started, Alberto’s pizza business is really booming; look at what a word of mouth can bring.

  1. i used to visit alberto’s pizza before and the place was soooo ordinary. it looks like a cheap carenderia. their ceiling was made of egg trays and their tables were sponsored by coke…but their pizza tastes so good and it’s way cheaper. 😉 it’s a craze here in the office too where we always up for delivery every time we get hungry 😉

    • cham: now i believe alberto’s pizza has already expanded. you’d actually have to get a priority number sometimes because of the number of people waiting in line. thanks for dropping by!

  5. Nothing but bad experiences from this pizza place. When delivered, pizza is cold. When called, they are too busy playing and laughing with each other to take my order. I was once told they run out of mozarella cheese. How can a pizza place run out of mozarella cheese?

    • sheesh, that’s not a good experience. i didn’t know that they treated you like that. it’s been awhile since i last went to alberto’s pizza, after the alleged scandal because of stomach problems after a few people ate pizza here. oh well.

    • haha. i dunno about the franchise for alberto’s but when you think about how they started, i don’t think it’s not that costly. but i think the pizza clicked because of the kind of market that they were able to target: people who want good food at cheap prices. hehe
