mango float

I’m steel peeling off from the sunburn I accumulated when we visited  BlueJaz, a resort in Samal island, in Davao. Now my skin’s itching like crazy.

The day after I arrived home from Davao, aside from buying a new Walkman phone for my younger brother, I also bought some ingredients so I could make some mango float. I remember my aunt when I was in Grade 6 who made this dessert for her officemates and I assisted her which taught me how to make one for myself.

Anyway, it’s not the best, but it’s better than nothing; we go more for quantity than presentation which explains the effect.
