Skywalk Cebu Adventure!

Skywalk Adventure, Cebu!!!!

I finally had time to post some pictures of the SkyWalk adventure that we had before Sinulog. You can check the previous entry here on what happened to us there. Anyway, it was a fun time to hang loose on for life. Nah, it wasn’t that scary. It’s nice because it was a new experience for us. At least we were able to try

We had to pay around 230 bucks each (1,149 Php for 5 Walkers)  in order to have our pictures taken cause apparently, they don’t allow bringing cameras there.

    • Hi again Maui.

I called Crown Regency Hotel in Cebu (032) 418-8888 and they told me that their promos are still on-going. Here are the fees for the Skywalk Adventure. By the way, there are two rides/adventures, the Skywalk and the Edge Coaster.

      Day-Time Rate:
Entrance Fee: 380 pesos for 2 persons
Skywalk Adventure Experience: 500 for 2 persons
Edge Coaster Experience: 500 for 2 persons

      Night-Time Rate:
Entrance Fee: 480 pesos for 2 persons
Skywalk Adventure Experience: 600 for 2 persons
Edge Coaster Experience: 600 for 2 persons

      Schedules for Day Time:
      Mon-Fri: 2pm-6pm
      Sat-sun: 6pm-12mn

      Scheduled for Night time:
      Mon-Fri: 10am-4pm
      Sat-Sun: 4pm-2am

The rates are pretty high especially if you hire one of their photographers because of additional charges. But if you want to know more information, I recommend you read a blog of my friend who wrote some entries about our experience there.

  1. my barkada and i are going to cebu on aug. were planning to try the skywalking and edge coaster.do we need to bring our own shoes or is it included in the fee?

    Reply
    • Hi andrea, thanks for dropping by. You don’t have to bring shoes there. They can provide you some at no extra charge. However you need bring socks with you, unless you want to pay P20 for them. According to my friend, she didn’t like the socks cause they looked ugly. hehe. Still if you want convenience and you don’t have any worries about the 20 bucks, then you can just bring yourselves there. 🙂

  3. hi andrea: Not so sure about the rates in Crown regency hotel as I haven’t stayed there. I’ll probably email you once I get to contact them. As for Kawasan, it’s a four-hour ride from the bus terminal. And you’d have to hike, so you’s need to have at least 3/4 of the day in Kawasan. In Camotes Island, it’s about a 2-hour ride from the port of Cebu. The two places are far from each other that’s why it would be best for you to decide where you want to go right away.

Also, there are a number of bars here. I’m sorry, I’m not really much of a night-person but you can go to Loft in IT Park, Vudu in Crossroads Banilad or other bars in Mango Avenue.

Is there also an entrance fee for a 2 yr old child?

  5. andrea: i was able to contact Crown Regency and the cheapest rate is P6890 – Superior. actually that’s only good for 2 persons but you can add another mat for P1500.

Hoping we could spend time at the city and by the beach. hahaha 🙂 I know our time there is not enough but we are really hoping we could have the most out of it. 🙂 We plan to do sky walk and zorb??? hahaha. Please. Please help us.  🙂  Thank you very much. 🙂

  14. Hi, we'll be going to Cebu this month and I would like to take a try with the Skywalk. According to your blog, there's still a P300 entrance fee except for the P500 Skywalk, so does this mean we're going to pay about P800 for just one person in all?

    • @Reader: it depends on their promo. you may want to contact them. but yeah, sometimes they have a combo of the entrance and the ride already. Entrance is usually just for those who want to do some sight-seeing. 😀

    • @nelly: there’s only a few things you can do when you’re in the city, that’s why we advise people to take time whenever they want to visit Cebu. Because the better beaches are around 4 hours na byahe pa. If you want to go North, you can go to Bantayan Island or Malapascua Island (4 hours ride going there). If South, you can go to Moalboal (3 hours) or Kawasan Falls in the town of Badian.

You can also try to head to the beaches in Mactan but they’re not as beautiful as that of the above mentioned — unless you want to spend more on expensive resorts.

For adventure, you may also try to head to Adventure Cafe in Balamban for zip lining. Or you may also try the Talima Adventure Waterpark (haven’t been here pa).

  18. Hi Edcel, i have a question… is there a charged in taking pictures when your at the skywalk adventure? can we just bring our digicam and took pictures in there? thank you for the reply in advance… GOD BLESS

    • @Ronalyn: hi ronalyn, Skywalk? Yes, there’s a charge as they won’t allow you to take your camera with you there. 🙁 Around 2.5K ata yung package to have your pictures taken (unlimited shots so take all the shots that you want para sulit!)

  20. Siguro if I were paid, kayanin ko ang skywalk and edge coaster, but NOT bungee jumping (yup, I saw your hair-raising video!). Patayin na lang ako kasi pareho lang yun. 😀

  21. Whoa! ang mahal nga. We preferred staying in Malapascua kasi during our cebu trip. Pagbalik ko ng City, simot na. hahah!  I can't afford to pay for my family. But thanks for this.. babalikan ko yan dun. =)

    • @kura: i’d still prefer beach bumming na lang. hehe. nice at least you got to visit Malapascua na. para pagbalik ng Cebu, skywalk can easily be accessed! 😀 I preferred the Edge Coaster though. hehe
