I usually eat at Casa Verde at The Walk in IT Park during special occasions. This time, I went out together with an old friend from high school who’s been job hunting so she can live independently. I stayed with her during her interviews and right now we’re waiting for results. I admire her perseverance when she could easily get a job working as part of their family business but she wanted to do it on her own.
Anyway, Casa Verde at The Walk hasn’t changed as much compared to the last time we ate there. Well, maybe except for the pricing. hehe. The prices have gone up and well it can’t be helped. We ordered some baby back ribs, their famous one, and a seafood pasta; which tasted really good! While typing this, I’m actually craving for the seafood pasta already. As for the baby back ribs, it’s already a given considering that Casa Verde has been known for the dish. Humans are barbarians and there’s no better way than to eat it de mano!
Casa Verde at The Walk entry
Bryan’s Baby Back Ribs now cost P188
Seafood Pasta is P138
No soft drinks for me, I’d go for some service water.
