Gelatissimo in SM Cebu

Gelato/Gelati, an Italian ice cream.

My housemate Cherry said that Gelatissimo just opened in SM Cebu, in front of Goldilocks and she was raving about it. She was glad that the attendants were polite enough in introducing the product to the market.

I’m not as good as her when it comes to describing food but she said that the she liked the way the acidity of the fruit (for the fruit-flavored gelato) mixes with the sweetness of the ice cream. I had to drop by to get some. The cost is 95 pesos per scoop.

I was there in SM to scout for some mba programs but I knew I had to take a break and eat some ice cream.

What’s good about the place when is that I was having a hard time picking on which flavor I wanted to eat. What the attendants do whenever this would be the case is give us a free taste of each flavor so we can decide which is which. Hence, it creates a better customer service experience for both parties.

Gelatissimo will be opening another branch at the Terraces in Ayala, so as they say.
