on a diet, really.

Just wanted to test myself if I can refrain from binging on food. I initially asked a colleague who’s a yoga instructor for some tips on what to eat cause I’ve been living unhealthily nowadays and I just want to get fit again (lol). Now I’m pressured cause she (the yoga instructor) really created a plan for me on what I should be eating. This will be good for two weeks but we’ll see what will happen. I know I should head to they gym to get some good exercise but I still have commitments. This plan will serve its purpose for now. I just wonder what my friends who are Nutritionists would say.

Edcel’s Diet Plan
June 1 – 15, 2009

Breakfast 6:30am-8:30am

  • banana
  • milk/choco drink
  • watermelon/cantaloupe

Lunch 11:30am-1:30pm

  • rice (1-1.5 cup)
  • fish (or chicken with no skin)
  • veggies
  • fruits

Dinner 6:30pm-8:30pm

  • veggies
  • oatmeal with milk

To ward off Hunger Pains in between meals

  • fruits/veggies salad

Other Tips:

  • Drink Lots of Water (3-4 liters)
  • No Express food/No fried food!
