I go to work around 9pm, go home around 8am; sleep at 9am, then wake up at around 1pm. I can't sleep any more after that. That's why sometimes in this middle of my shift, I take a quick powernap just to regain lost sleep. Of course, one can never really regain it. This is the biggest problem since I was put back to the night shift.
When I'm at home, I can't stand the heat during lunch time that I'd wake up without getting enough rest, hoping it would be 6pm already but it's still about 12:30. Sheesh. I'm seriously contemplating on buying an air conditioner. However, after looking at our monthly bill for the electricity alone, I changed my mind. I'm just trying to find ways to beat the heat; and to think it's supposed to be the rainy season.
That's why since I'm also on the verge of applying for a gym membership, it seems that it's finally going to push through. At least I have something to get busy about.
